Rieke Berg
Rieke Berg was born 1966 in Bremen ( Germany). After various stops in London, Munich, Düsseldorf and Mallorca she lives now over 10 years on Gran Canaria. The paintings are her way of approaching the concept of beauty, not listening to the prejudice and criticism of others, giving her soul a face, showing where she is lonely but free, easy to hurt but more honest. Ecstasy, lust, absolute devotion; for Rieke Berg, all that lies within it, she can loose herself completely without being afraid of being destroyed.
